ANGER / STRESS MANAGEMENT
Anger management and acknowledging anger can be frightening due to possible consequences (for both parties in a relationship) and often people who express their anger describe the feeling of being ‘out of control’. The anger takes over, its intensity compromising rational thought and provoking impulsive behaviours such as physical and verbal abuse.
“Where there is anger, there is always pain underneath”
– Eckhart Tolle

You can learn to control your response and reactions to anger with the help of a relationship counsellor. Anger is a normal, usually healthy human emotion but if it has become destructive, affecting the quality of your life and your relationships, you may benefit from the guidance of a professional counsellor trained in anger management. We offer confidentiality, understanding with no judgement and a listening ear.
